Merchandize Return Policy
We try our best to provide customer quality products and services. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchases, please contact us within 30 days of order. We would like the opportunity to work with you to solve your issues and ensure your satisfaction. However, in the case of you still wish to return your item, here are a few things you should know:
You must request the RA (Return Authroization) from us within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the package.
We do not offer return for certain products such as consumable products includes but not limited to : software, blank CD, DVD discs, battery, ink and cartridges or anything offered "as is" or "Non-returnable" in detail product information
Incompatibility is not covered by warranty and we do not accept return for this situation, please make sure the product you are purchasing is suitable for your use.
Defective items can be returned for exchange.
Non-defective returns must be unopened, unused product in it's original condition.
Shipping charge is non-refundable
Please note all returns need to be returned to our Canadian office. You are responsible for shipping the item(s) back to us and for the costs associated with that shipment.
Please pack the products properly and ship back return with tracking number. We are NOT responsible for any package lost or damaged during shipping.
